RecallChek- Checks for recalls on all the appliances which can potentially be fire hazards.
90 Day Warranty- Limited to Structural & Mechanical defects.
SewerGard- Covers water main & sewer underground up to $4,000.
MoldSafe- Covers any mold that may appear after the inspection that wasn't present at time of inspection up to $2,000 towards remediation.
Platinum Roof Protection Plan- 5 Year Leak Protection on all residential roofs.
Termite Protection Plan- Termite & Carpenter Ant infestations covered up to 90 days from date of inspection.
Full Concierge Service- Helps you convert your phone, cable, gas & electric, etc. from your old home to your new home by giving them the info. needed to set up services in the new home.

HOME-RENTAL INSPECTIONS & ENVIRONMENTAL TESTING
HOME INSPECTIONS - Safe homes has the most in depth inspection designed to give you a clear and unbiased report on the condition of the home you are purchasing. Our inspections are presented in a very descriptive, yet easy to understand manner, along with digital pictures to provide you peace of mind about your major investment. A home inspection is an objective, visual and non-invasive examination of the structure and mechanical systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation. Safe Homes can be scheduled 7 days a week and are performed by one of our highly trained and educated professional inspectors. Most home inspections last between 2-3 hours and the client is encouraged to attend; we treat each inspection not just an inspection but a home introduction.
Safe Homes will inspect the following components of the home:

- Fireplaces and Solid Fuel Burning Appliances
LEAD INSPECTIONS - Safe Homes provides lead inspections for rental properties built before 1978 and allows us to preform inspections for Lead-Free, Limited Lead-Free, or Full Risk Reduction Certificates. Rentals will have a visual inspection preformed first then dust sampling with a minimum one sample per room. Samples will be shipped UPS and results will be available 24-48hrs from shipping date.
RADON TESTING - We use electronic radon canisters called E-Perms. We install a box holding 2 canisters for 48hrs-96hrs and have results same day of pick up. Levels less then 4.0 pCi/L are considered safe levels. Anything higher then 4.0 pCi/L you will need to consult with professional to install a mitigator or for further evaluation.
MOLD TESTING - We do air sampling with specialized pumps that vacuum the air and store the results in Air-o-Cell canisters provided by INSPECTOR LAB. We take a mimimum of 2 samples. One inside of home and one outside of home. We also use Swabs or Tape to collect mold on hard surface areas like walls, ceilings, floors, etc. All Air-o-cells, Swabs or tape will be shipped to Inspector Lab & will have results 24-48hrs from the date of shipment.
Baltimore City & County Rental Inspections
We are registered with Baltimore City to perform the city rental inspections. Every RENTAL PROPERTY in Baltimore City/County must be registered and inspected by a licensed home inspector. This is a checklist provided by the state. Call us for details
